Pinpoint have been our IT providers for many years. Their service to our organisation began in 1997 – 1998.
Back to Basics have been a Registered Training Organisation since April 1997. Pinpoint began providing their service to Back to Basics when there was only one operator.
The training industry and its constant changes in compliances demanded our student records be maintained digitally for 30 years from registration. Paul Martinovic provided the information we required to increase our IT needs. His knowledge and manner of explaining, what was needed to expand and comply, made it so easy for BTB to adapt over the now, nearly 25 years of compliance as a training organisation. During that time from 1 operator through to having a Server on the premises, catering to over 16 workstations and hundreds of student records, to aligning with the relevant Student Management Systems, to now where we record and operate all our IT requirements in the Cloud, have been nothing but exemplary.
