Started Small
Our company was conceived from a vision to help business doing what we loved most. We had no idea how far we would go. We employed a few team members and offered IT support and equipment to businesses in the Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney regions. Our passion for the industry and unrelenting dedication to client service saw our business grow, including a well known airline!

Business growth saw us outgrow our office and the search began for our new larger home.

We had worked extremely hard to establish our name within the industry. We were recognised for our work by way of a number of awards. The information technology environment was growing and changing rapidly and we were innovating our business and products to meet our client needs and demands.

We turned 18 and felt our old clothes were no longer fitting who we were and the world class services we offer. With clients in every capital city and most regions across the country including International clients, it was time to evolve our brand to reflect our values, our beliefs and our offer. Pinpoint IT Australia reflected our offer of IT solutions to businesses across the country.
